Howard PTSA Bylaws

Please review the proposed HHS PTSA Bylaws.  They will be open for comments until the next General Meeting (Date To Be Determined).  If there are comments/questions, they will be addressed and resolved and then submitted to MD PTA for filing.  If you have any questions please submit to president@howardptsa.org.
MONTHLY MEETINGS
The monthly PTSA meetings are open to everyone!  Meetings will include reports from the Principal, PTSA President and various PTSA committees.  Meeting dates for the 2020-2021 school year will be coming out soon so Stay Tuned...

Our teachers will be ready to take on Virtual Teaching from the comforts of their homes.
